WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All food items such as BBQ sauce, pepper sauce and rubs are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  2. You will receive an email directly from us with a 6 digit verification code. Please enter that code back on this page. 
  3. Click the order you would like to initiate a return for, if your order includes more than one item, select all items you'd like to return. 
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for our team
  5. Click Request Return

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Products must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All food items such as BBQ sauce, pepper sauce and rubs are not eligible for exchange.

SHIPPING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
